Returns the affiliate's Stripe Express summary: connection status, balances, and payout options.

Field notes

• id is Rezfiliate's internal connection record id — not the Stripe account id.
• status is success (connected and payouts can be received), pending (onboarding incomplete), or not_available (no Stripe account yet — the rest of the fields are zeroed).
• Balances are in the currency's smallest unit. They are refreshed from Stripe when the cached copy is older than five minutes; pendingAvailableAt is when the pending balance is expected to become available (null when there is none or it is unknown).
• country and availableCurrency are omitted/null before the first sync.
