Delete a discount code

Removes the affiliate's discount code from your connected store and clears it from the affiliate, so a replacement can be issued.

The store deletion is best-effort: the local code is always cleared, and storeDeleted tells you whether the platform-side deletion succeeded. A replacement code can be created immediately afterwards.
