Creates the affiliate's personal discount code on your connected store (Shopify, BigCommerce, WooCommerce, Lemon Squeezy, Paddle, or Stripe).

One code per affiliate — a second POST returns 400 Discount code already set. Use the DELETE route to remove a code first.
